Bringing you traditional breads from the Levant and North Africa

Abunoor Pitta Factory was established in 2006 as a small family run bakery in Bristol.

Yoram, Clare and their sons Noam and Oren began with the early morning bakes, and once demand grew we introduced a tight knit team some of whom still work with us today.

We originally began baking in order to supply our small restaurant Falafel King. As time went by, interest grew and we started supplying small independent supermarkets and health food stores within Bristol.

The Bristol food scene began to flourish with lots of innovative restaurants and quirky street food stalls, many of whom have used our breads in some form or another. We currently supply over 50 bristol based restaurants, street food stalls, independent supermarkets and delis.

Recently demand has grown outside of Bristol and we are working hard to get our product out further afield. We’ve been working closely with several distribution partners in the south west and plan to stretch even further to continue bringing the highest quality artisan breads from the Middle East, the Mediterranean and North Africa. We want to show to people that there is a whole other bread world out there to discover, so why not try something new, from the “Old City”
